• It is all important to balance work with other aspects of life. I always make time to exercise, and enjoy a daily regimen which includes either, running, swimming or biking. I am a member of the Richmond Roadrunners Club, and regularly partake in area races, to benefit all manner of causes. I also love to travel, and make time to visit family in the London area each year. While traveling in the US, I enjoy Florida, Northern New Mexico, Colorado, and of course our own VIRGINIA!
