Services included
- Meet with you to discuss your home buying needs,
including area preferences, schools, proximity to
your work, area prices, present market conditions,
type of home desired, and your price range.
- Send listings to you that meet your criteria on a regular basis, and set appointments to view selected homes.
- Assist with searches for lenders, closing attorneys/
title companies/home inspectors. (if desired)
- Write and negotiate Purchase Contracts on your behalf.
- Write and negotiate Addendums to Contracts on your behalf.
- Attend Home Inspections and discuss items that need addressing to the seller(s) Draft request for repair Addendums on your behalf.
- Provide all contact numbers necessary to transfer utilities in your area.
- Provide checklist from contract to closing.
- Attend final walk through with you to inspect property prior to closing.
- Review HUD (Settlement Statement) on your behalf, to verify accuracy.
