In addition, listings that suit your needs can be mailed to you on a daily basis upon request, and this is all at no charge to you.

I believe in commitment to my clients from the onset of the initial meeting to agree to work with one another, all the way to closing. I am ready to work for YOU!
I have listed below, just some of the services I provide to all my clients.

  • Meet with you to discuss your home buying needs, including area preferences, schools, proximity to your work, area prices, present market conditions, type of home desired, and your price range.
  • Send listings to you that meet your criteria on a regular basis, and set appointments to view selected homes.
  • Assist with searches for lenders, closing attorneys/ title companies/home inspectors. (if desired)
  • Write and negotiate Purchase Contracts on your behalf.
  • Write and negotiate Addendums to Contracts on your behalf.
  • Attend Home Inspections and discuss items that need addressing to the seller(s) Draft request for repair Addendums on your behalf.
  • Provide all contact numbers necessary to transfer utilities in your area.
  • Provide checklist from contract to closing.
  • Attend final walk through with you to inspect property prior to closing.
  • Review HUD (Settlement Statement) on your behalf, to verify accuracy.
